As part of the second project for a Wrocław company managing apartments for short-term rental, we created the RentGuard application. The app was intended to respond to a growing number of phone calls from guests renting Airbnb properties.

Many requests from guests prevented efficient service
One of the company's main challenges was the huge number of calls from guests — often about very simple, repetitive issues. Even minor problems, such as switching on the heating, generated the need to contact the service. As a result, the team wasted time handling trivial matters instead of focusing on more demanding tasks.
Real Estate Knowledge Base
The application contains an extensive knowledge base with articles prepared by the management team. Thanks to this, guests can quickly find answers to the most common questions and instructions on how to proceed in specific situations.
Instructions in the form of photos and video
Users have access to visual materials showing step by step how to use the equipment of the apartment. Thanks to this, they can independently solve problems such as how to turn on heating.
AI chatbot
In the application, we have implemented a chatbot that answers users' questions based on the available knowledge base. In more complex situations, the chatbot allows you to quickly get in touch with the manager by providing the appropriate phone number.
Easy access via QR code
The app is easily accessible to guests — just scan the QR code located in the apartment to instantly access all the features. In order to facilitate the use of the application, the system has also been translated into the languages most often spoken by visitors.
Admin panel and statistics
Administrators have access to the administration panel, where they can analyze the statistics of the use of the application – such as the number of queries, the most common problems or the activity in individual apartments.
Modular architecture and SaaS development
The application is designed in a modular way, which allows its further development. In the future, it is planned to transform the solution into a SaaS platform, available to owners of apartments for rent.
