For one of our clients, Trans.eu, we worked on the development of the Loads2GO! mobile application, which provides carriers with quick access to loads, management of dedicated shipments, and communication and negotiation with contractors. In 2024, our mobile team received an award for this project in the Mobile Trends Awards competition.

Customers contacting company by email sent attachments in many different formats, and their manual processing extended service time and increased the risk of errors.
We created a system based on AI and n8n that automatically reads data from emails and attachments. The information is converted into a clear structure and saved in a database. This automation helps reduce errors and speeds up data preparation for further processing.
Customers often submitted inconsistent or incomplete data, so the team had to contact them multiple times. This significantly delayed order fulfillment.
We developed a validation mechanism that checks the completeness and correctness of information before an inquiry is passed to the next stage. The system detects missing or inconsistent data and automatically sends a notification to the team or a message to the client requesting additional information. This streamlines order preparation.
In the old system, the team lacked real-time visibility into case statuses, making it harder to prioritize and monitor inquiry progress.
We designed a dashboard that displays the current status of each case in real time. Employees can quickly check which inquiries require action, data completion, or further processing. This solution helps increase team efficiency and improves the effectiveness of the entire service process.
