As Sagiton Automation, we ourselves needed to improve our sales processes. Operating in the B2B model, we devote a lot of time to each client, which is why we started implementing automation for our sales department based on Pipedrive CRM. It turned out that it really increased our efficiency.

Today, we offer these proven automations for sellers in the form of modules that can be easily and cheaply implemented in subsequent companies. Handle leads even without a computer — with this module you can perform a number of actions required to successfully handle new queries from within Slack.

Are your salespeople not filling in data in CRM or taking leads with a delay? Deploy our Pipedrive+Slack module! Thanks to it, any query that appears in your CRM will be automatically sent to the channel of your choice on Slack. This is when the real potential of our sales department automation begins. A new lead is automatically assigned to the selected salesperson, and then each person on the team can delete, reject, send it to another department or rewrite it to another salesperson. All changes made from Slack will also be automatically mapped to CRM. Traders do not even need to log in to it to serve a potential client, which significantly speeds up their work.

The Pipedrive+Slack module is an almost complete integration of the phone with CRM, this is crucial for salespeople who do not have constant access to a computer (e.g. when working in the field). Mobile versions of CRMs are often unintuitive, and thanks to the integration with Slack, all key actions can be performed with simple commands or with buttons in the messenger. Traders contact potential customers by phone, which makes it difficult for you to assess the effects of their actions?

With the module of recording telephone calls, you gain full control over communication in your sales department. All incoming and outgoing calls are automatically monitored using a VoIP PBX (we use Zadarma in our modules), which allows you to have a full view of what is happening in your company and sales processes. The system records not only phone calls, but also SMS. Each recorded conversation and contact history is automatically saved in the database and sent to the CRM system.

Such a combination of CRM with VoIP gives you a complete picture of the activities of your sales team: you know what the calls are about, how salespeople are doing, whether they answer all calls from customers and how quickly they call back. It is a tool that not only increases the transparency of processes, but also allows you to react to problems before they become a loss of sales opportunities.

In addition, thanks to the use of AI technology, it is possible to partially automate the tasks of the trader. The sales department will receive a transcript of each telephone conversation made, on the basis of which you can easily prepare a summary for the client. This also improves the internal analysis of conversations - to check the effectiveness of sales you do not have to listen to the recordings every time, just review their transcript.

For Pipedrive+Slack owners

Thanks to the Pipedrive + Slack module, it will be possible to automatically inform sellers about situations when the sales automation system, when assigning a call, does not find an open lead under a given phone number. In this situation, the salesperson will receive a private message on Slack with the ability to assign the call and transcribe it to an existing lead or create a new contact — for example, when a prospect calls for the first time. In addition, this module allows you to send automatic notifications when one of the traders does not answer the phone. Integration of the phone with CRM means that no query will remain unanswered. Also, when the salesperson taking care of the customer is on vacation, the rest of the team sees the missed call and can contact them at any time.

What's more, Fireflies prepares automatic conversation summaries — short, clear and organized, so you no longer have to browse long records from calli. If you also use our CRM and Slack integration, all call summaries will be automatically sent not only to CRM, but also directly in the thread to a given lead. If the system does not find a suitable contact, the summary will go to the seller, who will be able to assign it to an existing lead or create a new one.

For owners of Generative AI module on sale

The connection to the Generative AI module allows you to automatically create meeting summaries in PDF format. After the end of the conversation, the trader in a few seconds will generate a ready-made file that can be immediately sent to the client. This makes communication transparent and professional, customers always receive written arrangements, and salespeople can fully focus on the conversation — not on taking notes. In addition, such summaries can be edited in a few moments before sending to, for example, highlight an important aspect for the company or remove a less productive part of the conversation.

In this module, Sales Daily on Slack starts every day at the time you choose, which analyzes the statuses of sales opportunities in CRM and sends to the sales channel a list of outstanding leads and activities along with the assigned salespeople. Thanks to the integration of CRM and Slack, each salesperson is automatically tagged in the thread with their lead and can react instantly — without searching the CRM. In addition, you can call the “Deal problem” command at any time to get an up-to-date table of all pending actions.

Such automation of sales CRM means that you do not have to manually monitor the team - the system itself informs if something needs a reaction. The team needs status meetings less often, because every trader receives a full backlog report every day, which speeds up follow-ups and improves customer service.

For Call Logging +AI holders

The customer service automation system sends a notification when the merchant does not answer the phone. With CRM integration with VoIP, no query goes unanswered — other team members see the missed call and can handle it. If no one calls back until Sales Daily is generated, information about this will also appear in the daily report.

For owners of the Mailing Automation module

If you purchase this module, the unanswered email will also appear in Sales Daily as an overdue activity. Traders can call up a list of pending messages at any time with a command in Slack. Messages that are not related to sales or should not be monitored for another reason, can be marked as irrelevant by the trader, thanks to this they did not appear in the backlog reports.

Many popular CRM for marketers offer the Smart BCC feature, where after adding a hidden recipient, the message goes to the CRM. Unfortunately, this requires the connection of a private mailbox, which carries the risk of leakage of confidential data. Our module works differently — each salesperson receives a dedicated email address for communication with customers, so only sales-related messages go to CRM. This solution can also allow you to optimize costs — to use Smart BCC in most CRMs, each trader must have a separate account. In our module, one account is enough, which will download an unlimited number of emails. In addition, thanks to the combination of CRM and AI, the system supports the team in their daily work, generating prompts and suggestions for the content of emails.

For Pipedrive+Slack owners 

All incoming and outgoing emails automatically appear in Slack in the thread assigned to the corresponding lead. If the message has not been assigned, the merchant receives a private notification and can create a new lead from Slack or assign a message to an existing contact.

For Auto Reporting and Notifications 

With the purchase of this automation, you get additional support - if the merchant does not respond to the message, the system will take this into account in the Sales Daily report and mark the person responsible. Such automation of sales reporting ensures that no lead is left unanswered.
