Automated reports and dashboards

Learn more

We create interactive dashboards that enable real-time analysis of production data. The digitization of reports allows the integration of information such as:

  • production line efficiency (OEE)
  • employee and team performance
  • implementation of the monthly plan
  • material consumption deviation
  • number of pieces produced (plan vs execution)
  • the level of shortages and production waste
  • downtime and their causes
  • energy consumption of industrial machinery
  • status of production orders (in progress, completed, delayed)
  • availability of materials and stock
  • automated logistics and adjustment of transport dates

The presentation and analysis of the above mentioned data make it possible to control the efficiency of production and the productivity of employees (e.g. for the payment of bonuses) and improved monitoring of key indicators. In addition, thanks to the automation of reporting, production managers can receive automated notifications in the event of significant deviations that could negatively affect the results.

Automated machine monitoring systems

Learn more

Do you know how production budgets are actually spent?

In order to optimize production processes, it is also possible to implement industrial machine monitoring, which collects data on energy consumption, work and downtime. This information can then be presented on clear dashboards and graphs, allowing you to predict wear and tear, detect anomalies, and verify that the machines are operating as intended.

Without reliable information, it is difficult to unequivocally determine whether the company increases efficiency. This is why analysis of production processes based on real machine data is crucial — it allows you to identify hidden losses, inefficiencies and areas requiring optimization that otherwise remain invisible.

Production planning systems

Learn more

We implement applications that support planning and production control — such solutions organize the flow of information and enable ongoing analysis of production processes. This gives you full visibility into what is happening at every stage of your order. The production planning system may include, but is not limited to:

  • overview of product and order status at every stage of production
  • production planning based on availability of resources and processing capacity
  • automatic prompts on when and how much material you should order
  • forecasting the date of completion of the entire order
  • detection of potential problems and delays in the production process
  • warehouse integration and automatic status recalculation

Each solution is designed and implemented individually, adjusting the functionality to the specifics of the processes and real needs of the client. Contact us to get a quote for dedicated production automation in your company.

Optimization of material consumption

Learn more

Do you know how much material should be consumed according to plan, and how much was actually used in production?

In many companies, the differences between assumptions and implementation are not visible on an ongoing basis, so excessive consumption of materials only comes out over time. This makes it difficult to react quickly and have real cost control. That is why we implement solutions that allow the current analysis of production data in the area of raw material consumption and comparison of planned values with the actual course of the process.

Such automation of industrial processes can collect data directly from employees – for example, information about shortages, damaged pieces, production waste or additional material collection – and on this basis indicate deviations between plan and implementation. If irregularities are detected, it can also automatically send alerts to operators or managers, allowing them to react faster and reduce losses.

Achieve better monitoring of production processes, faster detection of unplanned deviations, elimination of human error and reduction of costs.

Sales automation

Learn more

We implement solutions that automate the process of preparing offers and organize the work of the sales department in manufacturing companies. Thanks to such automation of production, quotation documents can be prepared in an automated manner, which eliminates human errors and speeds up customer service. Examples of functionalities in automated bidding:

  • automatic generation of PDF quotation based on order data
  • price calculation based on LME (Labor, Materials, and Equipment) and margins
  • the ability to edit the content of the offer and add custom records
  • save the history of offers and manage their status (win/lost)
  • handling additional steps, e.g. orders for the execution of a test piece before production

In addition, to improve sales, it is possible to integrate production with e-commerce and WMS. Thanks to this, automation can calculate the so-called forecast of the maximum production from free warehouse stocks. The system determines how many products can be made from the currently available materials and automatically makes this data available for sale online.

Engineering and sales configurators

Learn more

We implement dedicated configurators tailored to the products and processes of a given manufacturing facility. They replace manual modeling and flipping data from graphics programs to Excel calculators, which often increase the risk of errors. Thanks to this, each trader works on the same, precise calculations, and the history of all quotes and configurations is recorded in the system.

The configurator allows you to quickly enter key parameters — such as the number of pieces or the type of material — and then automatically carries out the design process and calculates the optimal use of the raw material. This allows you to minimize the consumption of materials and directly affects the improvement of production efficiency.

The implementation of configurators, which are a combination of 3D modeling and calculations in Excel, reduces the labor costs of the sales department, speeds up the preparation of offers and increases competitiveness thanks to the rapid response to customer inquiries. After approval of the offer, the data can be automatically transferred to production, so the order has a chance to be completed quickly.

Case Study

Production order management system

Our client's problem

Icon - Cancel/Wrong

A manufacturing company approached us with a request to automate the process of designing and pricing quotes. In the course of the analysis, however, it quickly became clear that the problem concerns a wider area — many processes were carried out manually. The lack of a consistent system hampered management, caused errors, and limited the ability to increase productivity.

Our solution

Icon - Checkmark

We have implemented a scalable, dedicated production management application tailored to the needs of the enterprise. The system consists of more than a dozen modules supporting various areas — from bidding and planning to implementation and reporting. The solution automates key processes, integrates data and allows you to significantly increase operational efficiency.

Features we've implemented

Icon - Task Execution

Monitoring of production processes

The stages of each order are now visible in the system, which allows company to keep track of the progress of the execution. Managers have full transparency and know what stage each party is at.

Automation of reporting

The system automatically collects data on the work of the team, allowing managers to analyze the efficiency and quality of production at the level of an individual employee. The reports are available in real time and support decision making and the bonus system.

Machine monitoring

Thanks to the use of sensors, data on the operation of devices is collected, which goes to the analytical panel. This allows you to better plan your energy consumption and identify areas for cost optimization.

Order management

The system, integrated with warehouse (WMS), automatically analyzes the availability of raw materials and predicts shortages for specific orders. Based on this, it suggests replenishing materials, minimizing the risk of downtime.

AI solutions in manufacturing — what is worth implementing

The use of AI in the automation of production processes opens up new opportunities in the field of optimization of operational activities. Artificial intelligence can support companies not only in the processing of big data, but above all in their interpretation and prediction of future events. Based on historical information, AI can predict:

  • consumption of materials based on historical data and current production
  • risk of machine downtime and potential failures
  • order execution times (ETA) taking into account the production load
  • demand for raw materials
  • level of waste and shortages
  • efficiency of workers and entire production lines

With AI in manufacturing, companies can make business decisions more accurately.
