About me

A graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He has been involved with technology since his teenage years, starting with creating games for 8-bit computers, and today he has over 32 years of experience in programming and IT system development.

Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide range of technological solutions – from banking systems to modern systems designed for automation and AI integration. This allows him to combine a deep technical background with a practical understanding of how technology transforms organizational operations.

At Sagiton, Grzegorz is responsible for team management, the company's technological development, building organizational structures, team recruitment and competency development. He also supports the implementation of new technologies – both internally and in projects carried out for clients.

Currently, his main interest lies in the development of AI technology and software created byusing it. Key aspects for him include the impact of artificial intelligence on the IT industry, new approaches to system design, and the future of work for technology teams.
