Project Quality Warranty

We believe in our skills, that is why we provide a 6-month warranty period for each and every application developed in the Fixed price cooperation model. Therefore, if any errors are detected within 6 months from the date of the product delivery (even after the final approval of the solution), we will fix them completely free of charge. There is no risk that you will get an unstable solution. Moreover, if you need a longer warranty period, it is also possible to extend it even up to 24 months.

Confidentiality Warranty

We know that in order to tell us about your idea you often need to share classified information that may include your know-how, recipes or a trade secret. We respect that and are willing to sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) that will guarantee the confidentiality of the information you share with us and make you more comfortable while talking about your idea.

Delivery date Warranty

We know that time is precious, and that every delay for your project to go public can cost you money, loss of the market share and reputation, and can even cause serious legal consequences for you and your business. That’s why - when required - we may provide you a Delivery date Warranty where we commit to provide you results on time and you don’t have to worry about the deadlines anymore.

Trial Period Warranty

We realise that choosing a software development provider is a difficult task. That’s why we would like to help you in making the right call. Due to the fact that we believe in our skills, and keeping in mind that you would like to get to know us before you can put a trust in our services, for each and every Time & Material project we provide 1 man-week (40 man-hours) of a trial period where you can start working with us, and if you won’t be satisfied, you can cancel the contract immediately, without bearing any cost.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

If - in addition - you would like us to look after your project, handle the production incidents, update necessary security patches (known from the Lemlock Application Security monitoring), run backups, provide high availability and low latency for your project production environment, you can count on us in both 8/5 and 24/7 support model.
