In this position, your main task will be to implement the assumed sales plan, especially through:
- acquiring new customers according to the indicated and already defined sales policy (production, financial and service companies with a turnover of over 50 million);
- developing relationships with acquired clients, leading to increasing the scale of cooperation with them;
- maintaining the assumed activity and standard of work in the position held - face-to-face and / or online meetings
- implementation of sales plans - we operate on precise plans and indicators;
- working with tools and reporting according to our indications;
- development of the sales workshop - a prepared implementation process awaits you;
- participation in the creation and development of the company's sales strategy and sales model - in accordance with our values, you have an impact on the operation and direction of the company's development
- as a New Business Manager you will take responsibility for sales results and the implementation of development goals resulting from the sales strategy.
What will you deal with?
We have prepared an implementation for this position for you, but in order to be effective in it, you must have the following competences:
- minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales;
- minimum 2 years of experience in selling IT services;
- English or German - fluent, everyday communication with the client (C1-C2);
- we are looking for a person who has the same understanding of independence and responsibility in performing assigned tasks;
- honesty, commitment and motivation to work;
- the ability to plan and organize your own working time effectively;
- higher education is welcome;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- category B driving license
